Hi Folks. If you are at all like me, you are so over the winter down time of jigsaw puzzles, living to eat, endless movies, and pulling tax papers together. You know it is getting close when you can smell skunks outside. The time to get out and get physical cannot come soon enough. Can anyone relate?
